I spent over a decade advising CHROs, designing executive search mandates for FTSE-listed and Fortune 500 clients, and watching — up close — what actually separates the leaders who scale from the ones who plateau.

The answer was rarely strategy. It was positioning — of self, of story, of the rooms they chose to walk into.

I founded Noviore Consulting in 2019 because the market needed a more discerning advisory — boutique, partner-led, allergic to the volume-game of mainstream search firms. We grew quietly. Client by client. Continent by continent.

As the engagements deepened, a second pattern emerged: the senior professionals inside our client organisations began asking, privately, "can you advise me too?" The coaching practice was born there — now a structured second service track inside the same firm.

Today, Noviore Consulting partners with ambitious organisations to hire exceptional leaders, and with exceptional leaders to step into the chapters they have quietly been preparing for.
